Honda Launches XR300L at ₹1.83L, XR300 Rally Price ₹2.08L

• Honda XR300L is priced at ₹1.83 lakh while more adventure focused XR300 Rally gets a price tag of ₹2.08 lakh
• Both models use 293.5cc engine and will be retailed through Honda Big Wing dealership network

Honda 2 Wheelers India has launched the much awaited XR300 adventure bikes in India after showcasing it in July earlier this year. Two models are on offer – XR300 Rally and XR300L. Bookings for both models are underway and it’ll be retailed through Honda Big Wing dealership network.

Both bikes get the same 293.5cc engine that puts out 24.3 HP and 26.5 Nm in international markets. In India a slight change in the engine department is expected as Honda hasn’t revealed the specifications of both models. Both bikes get telescopic front and monoshock rear suspension and rides on 21-inch front wheels and 18-inch wheels at rear. Honda offers spoke wheels on both bikes.

Honda XR300L / XR300 Rally – What’s different?

The XR300 Rally is priced higher than XR300L because of certain features like 5-inch TFT display, larger fuel tank, tall windscreen, knuckle guards and more off-road focused bodywork and switchgear.

Honda XR300 Rally is priced at ₹2.08 lakh while XR300L gets a price tag of ₹1.83 lakh. There’s a difference of ₹25,000 on both models. Both bikes will eat in the sales of Hero XPulse 210. Honda XR300L will be available in Extreme Red and White colour while XR300L gets Xtreme Red and True Black colour option.

Full Specifications and details of both models are still under wraps. Both locally manufactured models will eventually heat up the adventure bike segment. Its highly likely that Honda XR300L and XR300 Rally will eat in the sales of not just Hero XPulse 210 but also the more expensive Royal Enfield Himalayan as Honda’s unmatched reliability and durability can’t be ignored and it can be preferred choice for budget conscious adventure bike buyers who can compromise little bit on power and torque.
